Finding the right Trust is crucial and whilst in the past finances have been a consideration, primarily joining a Trust should be about Culture, Ethos and Values. Questions to consider might be:
Does the Trust we are considering have an ethos that matches ours?
Is the Trust values led?
What are our Visions and Values?
What degree of autonomy will we have over our future curriculum?
Will we still be able to maintain our individuality?
What do we have to offer to strengthen the Trust we join?
